In House General Counsel NeededIn House Counsel Jobs California JDHuntr 36081 General Counsel, Los Angeles, CA go to JDHuntr Company is seeking an attorney to provide business and legal affairs services across our vertical businesses. Position will work closely with the various departments to service their business and legal affairs needs and will interact with third parties. Primary responsibilities include working with senior management to draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements pertaining to all aspects of businesses including: recording and publishing, touring/events, merchandising, sponsorships/endorsements, content production, marketing, rights management, as well as other duties pertaining to the daily operations of our activities. Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate agreements within the company and with outside parties. Assist and advise marketing, sales, operations, and other departments on contracts to ensure sound business transactions with minimal exposure. Efficiently manage the new contract process from start:to:finish.
