We are a family owned natural foods grocery store located in Livingston, MT. We have developed a loyal following of our scratch made organic prepared foods section attracting a broad community cross section of health minded individuals on a variety of food explorations (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, gf and more). We have recently taken expanded our prepared foods to a second downtown location. We are looking for a Chef to maintain our existing customer base while helping us to develop our new opportunity. Our ideal Chef would seak to understand our current customer base and healthful food style. They would be responsible for planning and implementation of a daily rotating menu involving all aspects of our prepared foods - hot and cold bar, soups, baked goods and grab and go. They would be responsible for exploration and development of new menu items including emerging dietary trends as well as international foods and developing and training the team required to execute quality food understaning costing and waste management. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
