This Superintendent role is specific to Data Centers/Mission Critical projects. Gpac has partnered with multiple general contractors looking to add Superintedents with Data Centers/Mission Critical to their team. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program! Superintendent Requirements: Previous experience as a Superintendent. Projects over 50M Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
