Its the perfect role if youre looking to diversify your professional management skills and experiences, all while further developing your leadership skills.Skills and attributes for successPerforming complex and specific audit procedures, while developing effective, client-focused audit strategiesCoaching and managing a driven team of audit professional, facilitating them to have the information, tools and opportunities they need to growProactively building relationships that support our ability to provide tailored services that meet a wide range of assurance needs and contribute to new business developmentIdentifying and reacting to potential risks and developing new ways to improve our products and processes that promote growth and increase revenueContinually updating your understanding of business trends and emerging technologies to maintain your reputation as a trusted business advisorTo qualify for the role you must haveA Bachelors degree in Accouting, Finance, or a related field.Active US CPA certification in work state location.At least 5 years of related work experience in audit field for insurance, banking or asset management industries.Ideally youll also haveA firm understanding of engagement economicsA proven ability to build a network of contacts and mutual business relationshipsWhat we look forWere interested in leaders who are creative and agile thinkers, with a genuine interest in improving our audit capabilities. If you have the technical and personal skills to understand our clients and provide excellent services every time, this role is for you.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $85,300 to $156,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $102,400 to $177,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. Youll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
