We are seeking a visionary and strategic CEO to lead our SAAS company which provides a cutting-edge learning management system (LMS) and a comprehensive suite of educational content to K-12 schools and higher education institutions. As the CEO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's overall strategy, building and leading a strong executive team, fostering a strong corporate culture centred on education and innovation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, managing the company’s financial performance and making strategic investments, representing the company to external stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Terms of employment: • Type: Permanent full-time• Wage: $50.24 per hour, 35-40 hours per week• Language of work: English Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a clear and compelling strategy for our LMS and educational content that meets the needs of educators and students and drives growth and innovation in the education technology sector• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's growth and revenue goals Build and lead a high-performing executive team, providing them with the resources and support they need to achieve the company's long-term objectives. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments and teams, and encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration to drive innovation and improve our product offerings. .
