Join us as Requirements Management Engineer , and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno (QC), CA. As a Requirements Management Lead you will ensure that the entire project team is meeting company objectives on Cost, Quality, and Time through globally standardized Requirements Management practices. You will also conduct both internal and external audits to ensure that all Requirements Management Policies and Directives are adhered to globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that the requirements management global process is upheld; Ensure that project requirements are defined and allocated appropriately to the various engineering and project management teams; Perform requirements reviews and communicate to each requirement owner, and ensure targets are fulfilled; Collaborate with the engineers to build the requirements specifications; Ensure the accuracy and quality of traceability throughout the lifecycle of all requirements (from the Customer Specification, to the detailed design and test specifications, including all levels in between); Ensure specifications and requirements are under change and configuration control; Ensure clarifications from the customer are tracked; Ensure that risks and opportunities related to requirements are being managed in DOORS; Develop the Requirements Management Plan for your project; Ensure that the project team is following the Requirements Management Plan; Gather key performance indicators (KPIs) from DOORS;.
