The GO Expansion scope : new electriclocomotives, fl eet upgrades, train control systems, network electrifi cation, signalling, telecommunications anddigital systems, maintenance, and much more. Purpose of the Job/Objective Obtain and maintain vehicle(s) regulatory certifications and/or Authorization(s) Ensure awareness for Authorization stakes and requirements in assigned project teams Defines and implements the certification and authorizaiton plan for the assigned project(s) Organisation Reporting Hierarchical : SCVM Site Certification and Validation Manager/ C&A Site/domain leader Functional : Project Manager Network & Links Internal Interfaces : Project Chief of Development/Operation, Project engineering team, Project Sourcing Quality and Safety Team, Project Integrated Serice Readiness Team, Project Change& Configuraiton Team, Project Contract manager, Train Validation Engineer External Interfaces : National/Regional authorities, Nantional/Reginal Railway Agency, Customer/Operator(s), Conformity backssment bodies/Independent accessors Performance Measurement Timely execution of the C&A process % of C&A plan/deliverables % of compliance traceability management Accountable for: You actively participate in the selection process of independent backssors (e. g. Notified Body, Designated Body) You support and challenge the project members in the definition of the certification/Authorization evidences You make sure that all evidences are relevant before submission to the independent backssors You are member of the project core team and.
