Planning, coordination, and oversight of all maintenance functions related to the track and OCS infrastructure networks. Key Responsibilities Effectively contribute to the safety, availability, and reliability of the track and overhead catenary system and all associated subsystems and components, such as track switches and heaters, track geometry, noise & vibration mitigation, OCS contact wire, messenger and span wires, auto tensioners, and OCS geometry. Organizing and controlling the provision of maintenance service vehicles, access to track level, materials, tools, equipment, training, manuals, and procedures for the Track / OCS maintenance team. Planning, coordinating, and assignment of all maintenance functions using the Maximo/GSI (SAP-driven) MMIS. Direct oversight and auditing of work performed by the Track / OCS technicians. Developing and implementing techniques and procedures to ensure all maintenance functions are conducted safely, reliably, and efficiently. backssment, classification, and identification of the appropriate mitigation actions for system and component failures and emergency incident response within established guidelines.
