V6H 1P3 Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1- 2 years experience in a supervisory role Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding Personal Suitability: Reliable, dependable, strong initiative, effective interpersonal skills, flexible, sound judgement Requirements of the position: - Deal with clients and resolve issues- Supervise, train and co-ordinate activities of workers- Inspect to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained- Recommend for additional maintenance services if required- Assist cleaners in performing their duties by guiding and supervising them and work alongside the cleaning technicians when required- Maintain and prepare work schedules- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job- Respond to customer complaints and special requests- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves- Participate in large cleaning projects as required by the company and prepare reports-.
