You will be part of a team, assisting an established Team Lead and Project Manager. This role includes, but is not limited to: Showing up to work on timePerforming walkthroughs with a Team Lead to confirm scope of work and safety protocols for each job siteInstallation of softscapes (shrubs, trees, plants), as well as hardscape materials (paving stones, crush, mulch)Maintaining a clean work siteKeeping track of your truck inventory and organization on a daily/weekly basisBeing able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropesHaving the ability to work the majority of the day at a labour intensive job site and willing to work in all weather conditions Job Requirements: Have a positive, motivated, energetic personalityAble to successfully work in a teamBe dedicated to exceptional customer serviceEnjoy a supportive and competitive environmentBe coachable.
