Collaborative, friendly working environment. Your Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing debris. Measure and mark the surface to be covered, ensuring accuracy and precision. Install underlayment, including anchor bolts, wires, and brackets, to support tile installation. Mix, apply and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using a hand trowel or notched trowel. Lay and set tiles in position and apply pressure to affix tiles to the base, ensuring proper placement, even spacing and alignment. Align and straighten tiles using levels, squares and straightedges.
