What you'll be doing: We're currently recruiting a dedicated Window Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am to 14:20pm. As a Window Cleaning Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. You will be required to: To supervise the performance of the window cleaning team members and support your Line Manager. To ensure all tasks associated with window cleaning and any general support services are carried out with due regard to all Health & Safety Regulations. Supervision of team members to ensure all general duties are completed to appropriate standards to support the efficient running of a contract or unit in line with contractual requirements. Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Ability to prioritise own workload and organise own work to meet priorities, and reduce risks to quality. To demonstrate a can‐do attitude and strive to exceed customer expectations. To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues. Lead the window cleaning team and ensure all daily cleaning is completed to the required standard. Monitor cleaning standards throughout all of their buildings on a daily basis. To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your Line Manager. To be the first point of contact for Building Controllers should any window related issues arise. To liaise with the relevant Building Controllers daily and deal with any complaints swiftly. Ensure all Health & Safety measures are adhered to at all times.
