The Arlington Estate is seeking to hire one Baker to perform the following duties: • Weigh the flour and other ingredients to prepare the dough• Monitoring the standard of ingredients• Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries• Combine ingredients and use mixers, blenders, and other equipment to make baked products• Decorate and display finished products• Ensure finished products meet food safety and quality controls• Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels• Provide training and support to the bakery team Requirements• Completion of secondary school or above• Minimum three years of commercial baking experience with good command of most baking techniques• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and health rules, guidelines and best practices and experience in compliance• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Terms of Employment• Wage: $15.60 per hour, 40 hours per week• Permanent full-time• Start immediately• Location of employment: 8934 Huntington Rd, Vaughan, ON L4H 4X1• Language of work: English To apply, please send your resume by email to xyz X@.
