Job Description The Associate Product Manager (APM), Urology is responsible for managing product segments within the Urology product portfolios. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for providing the tools and resources necessary to drive the marketing activities for select product lines and supporting the products in Urology across all major deliverables and strategic initiatives. This includes but is not limited to building marketing programs for current and newly launched products, analysing program performance, developing promotional programs, developing strategies for product lifecycle management, and understanding competitive activities. This role manages pricing, annual target price review and ensuring we drive growth in revenue and GPM in theses business segments. This APM will work closely with our US colleagues as well as global colleagues. This role will also involve management of HCP stakeholders via onsite visits, tradeshow meetings and specific events. Job Duties Develop and implement the business plan for assigned product lines including marketing strategies tactics sales goals expenses and resources required to achieve the goal. Develop and execute plans to successfully launch new products into the Canadian market.
