Position Details Starting Date: ASAP Status: Full-Time temporary project position Wage: $22/hour Location: Travel within Ontario, based in Mississauga Job Summary As a Patient Quality Coordinator, you will: Design Patient Satisfaction Surveys. Conduct bedside patient satisfaction surveys with patients in Morrison Hospitals in Ontario. Develop a combination of rating indicators to access, analyze and report the survey's results. Tasks and projects as assigned by reporting Manager. About you: CSNM certified or Registered Dietitian (completed or in-progress) Understanding of therapeutic diets (to understand Patient Census sheets for survey audience selection) and/or patient food services (having basic understanding of patient meal service) is an asset Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with nurses when on unit, patients, or patient family members and able to keep communication productive while interviewing patients.
