The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Reporting to the Operations Manager, Commercial Services, the incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day operations within the Commercial department, including: Parking Operations. Rental Operations. Cashier/Reception functions, receiving and depositing funds received in Commercial. Communicating with clients either in person, by telephone or email in a friendly professional and timely manner. Experience Minimum three (3) years' experience in a computerized financial department, preferably in a hospital environment. Previous experience with parking operations, rental tenancy agreements and reception required. Experience dealing with the public in a friendly and pleasant manner required. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Complete Grade 12 education, Manitoba standards, required. Business/Accounting Diploma from a recognized business college. A combination of education and experience may be considered. SPECIAL TRAINING: Knowledge of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System, preferably TIBA Smartpark, and the Residential Tenancy Branch would be an asset.
