We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an Associate Consultant to be a part of our high-achieving, diverse, innovating team. The Opportunity The Associate Consultant will facilitate the delivery of projects by identifying and actioning business impacts. The ideal candidate has a curious mind, experience with business analysis and enjoys taking a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. This person must have exceptional people skills as it will be a client facing role. The ideal candidate must have the ability to produce creative solutions, be proactive and highly organized and efficient. This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities Develop and communicate – Develop and communicate detailed business impacts stemming from the implementation of deployed client solutions. Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties. Training Delivery – Work closely with the IT team to gain a comprehensive understanding of solutions to be deployed to the client.
