Toronto, Ontario , Hybrid Estimated Start Date: Estimated End Date: #Business Days: 142.00 Extension: 108.00 Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day Security Level: No Clearance Required Must haves: BMC Helix ITSM Experience Description Responsibilities: 1. Architectural Document Experience and skills on upgrading applications to Cloud or Saa S environments are especially desired. Experience implementing the solutions at a government or other large organizations. Able to analyze a large BMC Remedy implementation, identifying customizations, integrations and other additions to the out of the box solution. Specific technology skills desired, along with BMC Remedy skills, include working with Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, managed Kubernetes environments such as AKS and EKS. Additional experience and skills with Open Source and Cloud software including but not limited to: Linux (RHEL, Cent OS or similar), Harbor, Jenkins and Kubernetes would be useful. A solid understanding of ITSM processes is required and the ability to work alongside government process experts to address any concerns raised. Experience researching and applying industry best practices to support the migration and gather the data to inform the design decisions, providing rationale for design decisions in group settings with multiple stakeholders.
