One of the primary goals of Cambridge Drugs shop is to offer patients and customers efficient and friendly services while making them feel comfortable to ask questions. Over the years, Cambridge Drugs shop has built a customer base from the community in Cambridge and around that values them as a resource and depends on them for their health and wellness needs. With an intention to streamline the services for an increasing customer base, Cambridge Drugs shop is now looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced, dependable and a proactive store supervisor to take on responsibilities listed below. Website: www. guardian-ida-remedysrx. ca/en/ontario/cambridge/cambridge-drugs-7055187 Job Duties: The Retail Store Supervisor shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following job tasks: ● Maintain, order, and keep an updated record of the inventory of the medicines and other items sold in the store. ● Stock shelves and display areas● Perform front desk duties● Maintain a ledger of suppliers and coordinate all procurement activities. ● Train, supervise and assign duties to junior staff and develop a weekly schedule for the shop personnel. ● Suggest strategies to the higher management to expand customer base and build customer loyalty based on sales and demographic reports. ● Undertake home deliveries of medication/prescriptions as required and during shortages of delivery personnel. ● Address customer grievances and complaints.
