What you'll be doing: We are recruiting a Reception Team Leader to work for Rapport at a client site based in the heart of the City of London. The client is a British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company. In this role, you will support and assist the Deputy and Guest Service Manager by ensuring that all the needs of the client are met and exceeded in a professional and friendly manner. More about the role: Main responsibilities for this role are: - Manage all daily operational aspects of all reception desks including Network Team- Ensure procedures and service levels are adhered to- Support and action with the Deputy and Guest Service Manager concerning business objectives / demands- Practice good communication with the team and management- Promote a professional and pro-active image to the reception team- Assisting with appraisals and staff development plans and 1 to 1 meetings with the reception team- Oversee the day-to-day operation of The Guest House, the client's onsite Hotel- Assist with training new starters and team members on all systems and protocols Who you are: We are looking for a candidate who is: - Calm and decisive under pressure- Confident in dealing with Complaints / Issue Resolution- Organised- Has experience in staff Training / Leadership- Good at building relationships- Well versed in recruitment and interviewing- Strong in team engagement- Confident and has discretion and diplomacy.
