Overtime, Shift, Weekend Starts as soon as possible3 vacancies Languages: English Work site environment: Cold/refrigerated; Odours Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment Responsibilities Tasks- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units- Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process Supervision- 3-4 people- Industrial butchers and meat cutters, poultry preparers and related workers Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Overtime required, Work under pressure Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Organized Team player, Reliability.
