We want to be your 'Employer of Choice' Skills/Qualifications: - Have 3+ years of Uniformed Security experience in a retail, hospital, College, hospitality or public building setting- Be able and willing to work at different stores in Downtown Core- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening- Valid Security Guard License- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports with meticulous detail and grammar- Willingness to complete all required training modules that include Lawful Subject Restraint, Crisis Management - both of which require annual recertification- Knowledge of Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)- Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills- Ability/willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations Attributes: - Must be reliable, available, of sound character and a team player- Customer Service culture- Stellar Attendance.
