Job Title: General Manager – Midlands Salary: up to £42,000Location: Midlands - Onsite Who will you be working for Are you an ambitious General Manager with a food background looking for an opportunity to help a venue grow to its full potential I might have the perfect role for you I am looking for someone creative, independent and a strong team manager to help the client fulfil their vision. This is a live out position. Responsibilities –Always maintain a professional and welcoming approach when dealing with customers Assist in implementation of merchandise and layout to maximise sales, customer satisfaction and bar appearance and image Assist in implementation of bar advertising, promotional strategy and activities Assist in managing costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the bar Liaise with internal departments e. g. head office and external agencies and authorities e. g. suppliers, advertising, recruitment, training, fire services, police, local council and health and safety inspectors Assist in managing and maintaining effectiveness of IT systems Responding to customer complaints and comments as appropriate Touring the bar regularly, ensuring walkways are kept clear for customer access, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner Complete all necessary administration as required Interested in this challenge - send your CV to xyz X@ or call for a chat COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
