We are actively looking for a full-time Operations Vice-President (NOC 00014) to join us for our further business growth. Job Duties: 1. Establish the company’s development plans and strategic goals for smooth operation 2. Formulate policies and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, retail store and online shops to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided3. Develop and execute annual business and financial plans, and establish KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity as well as support key initiatives4. Manage, review, and approve the company’s policies, budgets, staffing, systems, and workflows5. Monitor industry trends in relevant technology and customer feedback, and initiate research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth6. Represent the company to interact with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure the best terms for procurement and maintain excellent relationships7. Collaborate with the owner and the management team to address the potential strategic, tactical, and operating issues8. Recruit supervisory roles and evaluate their performance, as well as take corrective action when necessary Qualifications: 1. A university or college diploma is required.2. 3+ years of middle manager experience is required3. Knowledge of the sneaker and streetwear industry or high-end trendy goods is a bonus4.
