Make a difference – join the Life Labs team today! The Senior Manager, Accounting is responsible for leading a team in the provision of comprehensive, accurate and timely financial reporting. The services provided by the team include all activities associated with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including all processes relating to the month-end close, P&L and Balance Sheet adjustments and reconciliations. The role ensures adherence to IFRS reporting standards, reinforces corporate policies and maintain system of internal controls as it relates to ICFR processes by updating control documentation and completing remediation activities for internal control processes. The role is one of the key members to provide information as requested relating to the annual financial statement audit activities. This is a Full Time remote work based in Ontario. Core Accountabilities Provide leadership to the team through performance management, daily mentorship, and skill development Oversee all delegated month-end close processes and accounting activities including all accounting.
