Your opportunity: The Education Technology Office (ETO) supports a number of education technology services and projects for the FASE community. We are an academically-focused office and a large portion of the work we do is designing and building online courses and other digital learning experiences to promote learning. Reporting to the Director, Education Technology Office, and supported day-to-day by the Team Lead, Senior Educational Technologist, Academic Toolbox, this role joins a digital learning experience design and development team to create memorable, meaningful, and motivational learner experiences. We’ve developed a multi-phase process that uses the skillsets of each teammember. This role focuses on mapping content to produce a content blueprint before passing it onto to the Content Production team (to design and build the media elements and/or digital interaction). Our design process is iterative; the role works collaboratively with the Content Production team until the module is approved internally and by the instructional team. The successful candidate for this role will have experience working with subject matter experts (e. g. instructors, industry experts)to support them (for example, as they move from in person to online delivery)...
