Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of farm machinery operators and harvesting labourers.2. Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain crop health and welfare.3. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.4. Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.5. Develop work schedules and establish procedures.6. Ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed.7. Maintain quality control and production records.8. May perform general farm duties.
