We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join us as a Neighbourhood Assistant in the Teesside, Durham and Sunderland region. You will be the ‘face’ of Home Group within our estates and communities, covering a dedicated patch. You’ll be organised and an effective communicator, able to prioritise your workload to ensure Home Group always maintains its service to our customers. As our Neighbourhood Assistant, you will have an effective and supportive relationship with our customers and the wider Housing Management team and be solution focussed. About you Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to deal with demanding and occasionally difficult customers Have the confidence to try something new/give it a go Act on your ideas and make things happen Great listening skills Be organised and have good time management skills About the team You will be joining a team with John and Micky who really take pride in providing a great service to our customers. You will be working across our sites in the region and will be working alongside our Housing Managers and Leasehold Property managers to provide a brilliant service.
