The Edu Finance Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager will be responsible with managing the continued development of the Edu Finace M&E infrastructure. This includes ensuring data collected provides insight on internal program effectiveness, helps prove the impact of program efforts to stakeholders, and contributes to the industry knowledge base. RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Management (50%) Oversee the global Monitoring & Evaluation team Oversee administration of the M&E toolkit Ensure overall data quality control of the Edu Finance M&E database Manage special data projects as the Edu Finance program expands into new areas Business Intelligence, Research, and Learning (50%) Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for the M&E team and provide follow-up on issues as needed Generate new analysis in collaboration with the Director of Operations for Key Insights, Research, and other publications Ensure dashboards and data collection tools are accurately reflecting the status of the program Manage projects that require data analysis for the purpose of making stronger business decisions Present analysis and data reports to the Edu Finance team, stakeholders, and Financial Institution partners Ensure overall work plan alignment with the Education Quality department SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Line Management of 7 M&E Associates across Africa and Latin America Various M&E Consultants across Africa and Latin America QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in finance, data science, engineering or another quantitative field required. Proven data analyst skills At least 3 years experience working in Monitoring & Evaluation At least 3 years management experience, preferably in a global environment Experience or interest in the education sector Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to present findings or translate data into a coherent visual representation.
