Job Description: Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience1 year to less than 2 years Personal suitability• Ability to multitask• Excellent oral communication• Excellent written communication• Organized• Reliability• Team player Job Requirements: Tasks• Respond to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance restaurant productivity. • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies. • Handle daily scheduling tasks and provided administrative support to employer. • Schedule meeting appointments with vendors for the employer. • Maintains all documentation related to Food & Beverage audits. • Prepare, key in, revise, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, and reports. • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. • Prepare shift schedule and process payroll for all restaurant staff. • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues. • Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus. • Schedule training, ordering uniform for assisting in onboarding process. • Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed. • Handle and Manage restaurant reservations and event bookings. • Assist the owner in processing payments, handling petty cash, and reconciling receipts. • Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
