We are seeking: Managing Consultant - £300k+ Desk waiting to be managed - to then build a team around They provide specialist talent acquisition and market insight services to organisations seeking to reduce their environmental footprint and those working towards the decarbonisation of the energy sector. They work in partnership with their clients, providing the right people who allow them to succeed and grow. The scope of their experience covers sustainability, ESG and Net-Zero strategies, science-based target setting and reduction plans, compliance & reporting, communications, supply chain management, carbon offsetting, as well as energy management. As the demand for their services continues to grow, they are continuing to expand their team of specialist recruiters and now have an exciting opportunity for a senior managing recruitment professional to join their dedicated Sustainability practice. Responsibilities Take over existing desk, keep relationships flowing and growing Identify candidates using various technologies and tools including their CRM, Linked In Recruiter, job boards and other social/online media. Managing Interviews with candidates (phones, video conference and personal interviews). Creating reports of candidate's profiles. Build an active candidate community through ongoing strategic engagement. Identify, map and develop specific vertical markets and become a go-to player/subject matter expert. Ensure all jobs are properly advertised across all relevant media. Build your social media presence, utilising marketing software. Attend relevant industry events to build your network and promote the business. Understand, develop and evidence your skills under our competency framework.
