Recruitment Delivery Manager Civil Engineering - Government Projects Slough / West London £34k Basic + £6k Car Allowance My client is a nationally established recruitment company, specialising in all the major infrastructure markets for over 60 years. They work on big government projects, ranging from transport to aviation. With a 9 figure annual turnover, they are well funded to deal with just about any project that they win, and as such, they have been awarded several new ones, and now require a Labour Manager to be the face of the business along the M4 Corridor. The role will cover several counties, including Wiltshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, and West Susinteraction, so someone who can commute to the Reading or Swindon areas would be advantageous. They will be placing blue-collar construction professionals on each relevant site, and the perfect person will have an eagerness to succeed, along with a willingness to learn. Applicant Requirements: 2+ years experience in recruitment Blue-Collar construction sector knowledge Attention to detail Multi-tasking ability A full UK Driver's license and access to own car IT Literate - Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook Ability to deal with a fluctuating workload Responsibilities: Deputising for the Ops Manager and other Labour Managers when required Writing Job adverts Candidate screening and qualifying Agreeing on pay-rates Issuing PPE when necessary Being on-site for every new starter Completing weekly time and allocation sheets Travelling between various sites Ensuring Health and Safety protocol is followed What's in it for you: £34k Basic salary - rising to £37k after probation Bonus Scheme £6k car allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidays Phone and Laptop Provided Company Pension Need I say more?
