Employer Name: Yun Shang Rice Noodle House Hiring Position: Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201)Position Available: 2Salary: $17.00/Hour based on 40 hours per week Employment Duration: Full Time, Permanent Job Location: 1605-4500 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, V5H 2A9 As a Kitchen Helper, you will perform the following duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment Wash, peel, cut, and slice ingredients Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas Handle and store all utensils, cooking instruments and cutting borads in their respective places Remove kitchen garbage and replace garbage bags Job Requirements: No education or work experience requirement. On-site training will be provided No language requirement. Able to speak and understand mandarin is an asset Be able to work under pressure during rush time Able to stand for extended periods Able to work varying shifts, including weekends, holiday, and late night.
