At Mos Mos Coffee, we are currently looking for a permanent and full-time baker. Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare bread doughs and cake batters according to recipes or special customer orders- Operate machinery- Bake mixed doughs and batters- Frost and decorate pastries or other baked goods- Ensure quality of products meets established standards- Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce Education, skills and experience required: - Completion of high school - Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers; ORCompletion of a college or other program for bakers; ORSome experience as a baker / pâtissier- On-the-job training will be provided.
