Main Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about our services. Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to support them to generate leads, qualify prospects and secure new business opportunities. Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and reports. Launching the bid through our formal Gate review process, setting deadlines, chasing progress, chairing meetings, etc. Working alongside procurement, produce cost models including options or value add items. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Assist in creating winning commercial proposals, which meet the requirements laid out.
