PRS is currentlyseeking a air conditioning engineerfor a mobile roles basedaround Reading/Slough/Guildford/Basingstoke areas A/C Engineer Hours of work: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Hourly rate: GBP 25ph (PAYE) : Van and Uniformprovided Job Purpose: : Provide a comprehensive HVAC engineering service to the Reading and Guildford areas. : To ensure maximum availability of engineering equipment utilizing safe, efficient, planned maintenance service and fault resolution. To provide comprehensive technical support for project, commissioning and hand: over work. : Ensure contractors under your direct control are fully competent and trained to undertake their tasks. : Communicate with the user and the Engineering department of progress to date and advise on any delays to maintenance schedules or processing plans in a prompt and professional manner. Duties: : Responsible for ensuring all Regulatory logbooks are up to date. : Air: conditioningbiasand able to conduct basic AC serving. : Take ownership of all refrigeration and associated systems, and ensure all Regulatory items associated with these are compliant including all FGas requirements. : Maintenance of equipment and utilities to ensure appropriate and correct operation, to efficiently and reliably operate within specification while ensuring that records are maintained as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice. : Provision of a comprehensive Engineering service to Site Infrastructure in accordance with established regulatory standards. : Provide technical support for projects. : Ensure that all work on PPMs and SSRs are completed and issued and closed down in full compliance with the Equipment Maintenance System. : Planning and scheduling of PPM and SSR works with the Planning Department. Skills: : Demonstrable evidence of multi: skilled technical qualifications including refrigeration / F: Gas training. : Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Power Point. : A good.
