Annual salary: up to £31,939.00Electrician Caerphilly Full Time – Permanent Role Salary up to £31,939.00 per annum We are looking to recruit an Electrician to cover the Caerphilly area and surrounding locations, company van & fuel card provided. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an electrician to join our repairs and maintenance division in the Caerphilly area. Who are we? Celtic Horizons delivers estate services for United Welsh, including gas servicing, grounds maintenance, cleaning, repairs and maintenance. Celtic Horizons was the first wholly owned subsidiary of its kind formed by United Welsh who have entered into a partnership with Mears Group. Celtic Horizons care for over 5000 properties spanning over 11 local authority areas in South Wales. About the Role: Experience with installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of IET Wiring Regulations. Knowledge to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly, the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report. Role Criteria: Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation City & Guilds 18th Edition Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
