Business address: 530 Coronation Drive, Unit 2, Toronto, ON, M1E 5C8Title of the position: Plumber Helper Lead Hand Skills Requirements: o Education: secondary school o Work Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience Job duties: o Provide support and assistance to plumbers as directed on the job siteo Complete drywalling and painting to close holes after completion of the plumber’s work as required according to company standardso Operate drywall, plumbing, and painting equipment and machinery as required to complete tasks for each project according to plumber’s instructions o Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, ramps, shoring barricades as necessary on job siteso Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete, paint, and drywall compound as required o Train and supervise plumber helpers-in-training at the job site to ensure all work is completed safely and to company standardso Load and unload construction and plumbing materials, and equipment from transport vehicleso Move plumbing, construction, and other work materials and equipment to designated areas on the job siteo Maintain clean workspace at the job site by removing and clearing rubble and disposing of rubble according to company policies Terms of employment: full-time, permanent Language of work: English Wage: $35.00/hour, may be subject to periodic raise or bonuses Work hours: 8hrs/day, 40hrs/week Benefits: o Disability insuranceo Dental insuranceo Extended medical insuranceo Vacation pay – 4% of gross salaryo Overtime after 44 hours of worko Overtime pay - $52.50 Location of work: GTA and surrounding regions Contact information: xyz X@.
