4 Retail Sales Supervisors Wanted Pritam Enterprises Inc. o/a Gill’s Supermarket 2 supervisors for1030 Keewatin St Unit # 7, Winnipeg, MB R2R 2E2 and two supervisors for22-2855 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg, MB R3T 2H5We are seeking 4 retail sales supervisors between the two locations. Start date as soon as possible. Salary $24.00 / hour. Full time: 35 hours per week. Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Previous retail sales experience of at least one month is required. Job duties: Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers Assign workers’ duties and prepare work schedules Authorize payments and returns Resolve issues as they arise Maintain inventory and merchandise Prepare reports Sell merchandise Hire and train new staff and monitor performance Ensure the standards and image of the stores are maintained Open and close stores Students, youth, veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, visible minorities, persons with disabilities, Indigenous Canadians, newcomers to Canada, seniors and apprentices are all welcome and encouraged to apply if qualified.
