Here's what you'll be doing: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to comprehensively comprehend business technology requirements. Analyzing and documenting existing business processes, proposing enhancements to boost efficiency, productivity, and address emerging needs. Developing comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional/non-functional requirements, use cases/user stories, and supporting diagrams/mock-ups. Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and design principles. Providing valuable feedback to developers on software usability and functionality. Assisting in developing business readiness plans, including communication, training, and go-live strategies. Ensuring seamless traceability from requirements to design, testing, and implementation phases. Collaborating with business product owners and development teams to create and manage ongoing product roadmaps. Maintaining user story backlogs for assigned business unit applications and solutions. Here's what our idea candidate has: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
