Starting Salary £25,546.00 per annum (unqualified – Grade 2 role)Starting Salary £30,986.00 per annum (qualified – Grade 3 role)Hours : 37.5 hours per week Location Hybrid working – a combination of Together Trust Central Office, Cheadle, Stockport and home working. If so, we have a great opportunity for an OD & Workforce Information Analyst to join our team on an apprenticeship pathway. The Together Trust is a Charity delivering individual care, support and education services across the Northwest. Has a Level 3 qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience. Has the willingness to attend college/university to gain further knowledge and experience. Has the willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced professionals within the team to support the qualification pathway. Has experience using a range of standard office software, particularly MS Excel with an understanding of standard formula and techniques. Has awareness of workforce systems and how they function within a business context (HR, L&D, Payroll). Understands the principles of reporting tools (databases and interacting with data). Understands the importance of effective data visualisation. The candidate will be working towards a Data Analyst Level 4 Qualification. The apprenticeship course will be delivered by one of our approved providers and is a 15 month programme combining industry leading content and coaching, combined with internal and external backssment.
