Department: WAREHOUSE MGMT Salary: $ 47684 - $ 59605 Location: Commissioners WORK ILLUSTRATION: The Operations Support Services Administrator (Contract – 12 months) provides day to day administrative support to the Fleet & Equipment Services department operation, management systems and processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides day to day administrative support to operations and management systems within the Fleet & Equipment Services department Consolidate data for statistical reporting and trends for departmental performance Provides support for budget management and invoicing Receives incoming queries on behalf of the department. May act as the single point of contact for the input/output of documentation Maintains and manages departmental record-keeping-system based on recognized record management practices. Makes recommendations on enhancements to streamline and improve the administration, coordination and delivery of processes Input, update or verify various databases or programs Provide support for budget management and invoicing COMPETENCIES: College diploma or University degree in related field preferred Three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in an operational and/or utility environment. Highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite applications (Power Point, Excel, Word) with a strong knowledge in the use and functionality of Outlook. Knowledge and experience using SAP for the entry of purchase requisitions and purchase orders Demonstrates strong financial acumen. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to provide courteous, reliable administrative support that demonstrates a commitment to high quality customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resourceful and creative in generating solutions and approaches to solve problems.
