We are looking for a Line Prep Cook to join our hard-working team! PLEASE NOTE: NO WEEK-END OR LATE-NIGHT SHIFTS! RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation and cooking of menu items as required while taking initiative to assist in new menu items as well as customer/food service improvements Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Verification of both quantity and quality of food stock while ensuring items are being stored effectively and efficiently Provide timely information on required stock to Supervisor and assisting with the ordering of required materials Offer general daily assistance to the internal team including set-up and sanitation of the working environment Other duties as assigned by your supervisor QUALIFICATIONS 2-5 years of experience in a similar work environment in a line cook capacity Hands on experience with all phases of both Hot and Cold food preparation Verifiable background working efficiently, quickly, and safely with various commercial kitchen equipment Experience working effectively within sanitation standards/guidelines as well as tight service delivery timelines Strong ability to work within a team environment while offering a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and willingness to learn Must be able to multitask and take ownership of daily work requirements Have flexibility in work hours as reasonably required Food counter service an asset RSG International encompasses a diverse collection of successful businesses, but our spirit isn’t found in the diversity of our portfolio, it’s found in the diversity of our people.
