Risk Management Consultant Korean Speaking Polar Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a global market leader in the Technology sector for a Risk Management Consultant, with fluent Korean language skills. The Risk Management Consultant will provide support and consulting services, identifying, and mitigating risks and process improvements across Accounts, Sales & Marketing operations Responsibilities: Manage Risk Analysts, and leading Risk Management strategy and vision. Define relevant policies across Account Receivable, Sales Deduction and Marketing Expense operations Lead risk backssments to evaluate effectiveness, identify enhancements to improve fraud detection capabilities. Evaluate risk factors and develop strategies to manage them through data analysis/models. Partner with Operations, Business, Product, Engineering and Vendor teams to develop, modify, and implement risk management programs. Analysis of fraud trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Risk reporting to senior management Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar Risk Management Consultant or advisory position. Extensive operational risk management experience. Experience creating process flows, procedural documentation, and business reporting Fluent Korean language skills. Strong knowledge of accounting practices, qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc desirable Experience managing teams, across global regions. Finance ERP experience - SAP FI/CO desirable Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
