Job Title Sales & Events Manager - Countryside Hotel Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Location: Northampton We are working with a beautiful countryside hotel in Northampton who are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Events Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for leading the events team to drive sales across private hire bookings, as well being responsible for the coordination and mangement of on-site wellness events for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience across event sales and management, ideally from a premium hotel background and can build strong relationships with new and existing clients. About the role: Manage the events team to drive sales and convert enquiries Event Management, from initial client enquiry, through to planning in the final days up to the event Coordination and management of on-site wellness events for guests Wokr closely with marketing to promote the events Monitor sales performance, analysing the current market and competitor venues Identify new events and opportunities to target using proactive sales and marketing initiatives Preparing of monthly and weekly reports Skills and Experience: Previous experience of sales and event management Experience of managing event budgets a Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Experience of creating a successful sales strategy Personable and well presented Job Title Sales & Events Manager - Countryside Hotel Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Location: Northampton If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Marlene@Get social……. http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
