Trung Van Tang (Wa Skew’R Sushi & Bar ) is seeking a Cook for their Kelowna restaurant. Permanent, Full-time, (30-40 hours per week), $17.00/hour. 4% pay in lieu of vacation. Bonus based on Sales Performance. Standard 6-8-hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 11pm as required. Duties: - Prepare ingredients; - Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu); - Supervise kitchen staff Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a professional cook; - Japanese language ability is an asset; - English language ability is required.
