Maruhachi Ra-men Coquitlam is seeking a Cook. Permanent, Full-time; (30-40 hours per week), $16.75/per hour, plus bonus available based on sales performance. Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled anytime between 9am and 11pm as required Duties: - Cooking everything on the menu; - Prepare Ramen ingredients and other Japanese food; - Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation; Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a commercial cook; - Previous experience with Japanese ramen cuisine is an asset. - Japanese language ability is an asset; - English language ability is required.
