The role: As SAP S4 Junior Finance Consultant, you will support the SAP S4 Finance lead in managing incoming support requests and developments as well as work with internal and external teams to ensure issues and requests are dealt with in a timely manner and aligned with business processes. The successful candidate for this role will need to possess a UK driving license as travel to our sites to provide support and meet users is essential. What you will be doing: Managing, resolving and documenting ticket issues from user to closure. Supporting the subject matter expert on SAP S4 Finance. Travelling to sites to support process review and support training. Producing high quality training material in a number of formats and delivering training both face to face and remotely. Representing SAP S4 team in user and stakeholder groups for the logistics area Working with business stakeholders to develop the SAP S4 Roadmap for the Finance area. Supporting users with UAT testing, documenting of issues and working with support partner to resolve. Developing S4 team members knowledge to avoid single point of failures. Providing support on SAP Concur Undertaking further training in the Finance area working towards SAP Certification What you will bring: As well as hands on experience within a Finance role and/or a relevant qualification (AAT intermediate or equivalent), you will be passionate about providing an excellent service to customers and stakeholders and possess a problem solving approach, allowing you to 'think outside of the box'. While not essential, experience in SAP S4 HANA and in working in a support function for a large organisation would be beneficial... Visit ListedBuy for more information.
