Job Description Credit Controller New Hall Hospital Full Time 37.5 Hours The Role We are looking for a Credit Controller who is keen to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the credit control processes of the hospital and take a proactive stance to account management. You will be using email, letters and phone calls to contact patients, insurers and consultants to ensure payment of outstanding invoices whilst assisting with resolving any queries; you will ensure timely posting and full allocation of cash receipts and complete financial reports as required. Key responsibilities include Ensure all debt is paid to the hospital in accordance with agreed targets Escalate problem accounts to hospital management in a timely manner Ensure timely posting and full allocation of cash receipts Complete relevant financial reports as required Ensure timely response to all requests for information Maintain a database of outstanding debt Ensure good relations with debtors The successful candidate will also have Essential and an advanced knowledge of SAP 4, especially the Accounts Receivable Function A good attention to detail Proactive and an organised approach to debtor management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of Excel Previous experience with Maxims and SAP I-SH desired Previous management experience The ability to support patients with their enquiries In return we offer Competitive salary Plus Enhancements 33 days annual leave inc bank holidays which increase with service (pro rata)Private Healthcare Contributory Pension Scheme Life Assurance Excellent Training and Development Opportunities Subsidised Staff Restaurant Free Off Site Parking About us New Hall Hospital in Salisbury is a beautiful Grade II Listed Building with new modern Theatres, Day Surgery, Outpatients, Radiology, Physiotherapy and Inpatient Wards.
