Then read on.What you could be part of.Wymondham Leisure centre boasts an 86-station state of the art gym with 8 Egym stations and fitness hub, with 2 studios, soft play and multi-functional sports hall. You will be joining a hard-working and passionate team and delivering a high standard service to our members. The role is highly customer focused and very rewarding as you will be a big part of assisting members with achieving their goals and creating gym plans tailored to these. You will also be instructing classes and creating a fun and motivating environment for our members. Working at the Council enables you to be part of an organisation which is proud to deliver high-quality, customer focussed services. Our success comes from us being commercially astute and business-like. Continuous improvement is also vital, and we challenge ourselves to develop new and innovative ways to improve the services that make a real difference to people's lives. What you'll be doing. Supervising the gym area Undertaking gym inductions and gym programmes Setting up activities within the centre such as badminton, football, fitness classes etc Instructing classes (wherever necessary and qualification dependant)Assisting with centre tours and membership sales Assisting Front of House team at reception Ensuring the centre is well run, clean and ready for business You must have.Level 2 gym instruction qualification Ability to work a combination of early, late and weekend shifts Interest in Fitness and Leisure and to motivate and encourage people through fitness What's in it for you.Why Work For Us?
